We provide a skipper leading your houseboat during 4 hours for 100EUR.

Drive our houseboats

Drive our houseboats and explore the Douro River.

Just need to have Coastal Skipper License and experience in driving ships.

To drive the HouseBoat must add in the Extras, the Charter option (has the value of 200EUR per day, additional to the base amount of the rental HouseBoat).

If you rent the HouseBoat just one night, you can navigate between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m..

If you choose to rent more than one night, you can navigate in the period between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m..

Cruise

This cruise starts from the Marina do Freixo.

On this cruise, plus a magnificent landscape, you can especially admire the six bridges that connect Oporto and Gaia. From the pier, you can see the Ribeira, the Dom Luis Bridge, the Monastery of Serra do Pilar, the Infante bridge, the Ponte D. Maria Pia, St. John’s Bridge and Ash Bridge. Arriving at St. John bridge, the houseboat returns, thus being able to admire the city of Oporto.

After spending the Dom Luis I Bridge, navigation continues towards the Arrábida Bridge. From here you can admire the beauty of the Douro river and the Afurada, land of fishermen.
